We accept vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, CDR, SVG) and high-resolution raster files (PNG/JPG at 300 DPI or higher). Vector files produce the sharpest print. Download our free design templates on each product page to set up your artwork correctly.
Yes. Our in-house design team can create a digital mockup from your logo or rough idea, match your brand colors, and prepare your file for production — just send us what you have and we will take it from there.
Most products are fully customizable. Flags come with matching pole sizes from 6 ft to 17 ft, canopy tents are available in standard sizes plus custom widths and depths, and table covers are made to your table's exact measurements. Yes. We print with fade-resistant inks and can match PMS/spot colors on request. We always send a digital proof for your approval before production, so what you see is what gets printed.
We use commercial-grade materials selected for each product type — breathable mesh polyester for tents, durable flag fabrics, and premium banner vinyl — all fade-resistant and built for outdoor use. Full specifications are listed on each product page.
Spot clean with mild soap and water and let products dry completely before storage. Store rolled or loosely folded in a dry place out of direct sunlight, and avoid leaving mesh products in extreme heat for long periods.
We ship worldwide with tracking. Production takes 2–3 business days, and delivery time depends on your destination — exact rates and estimated arrival dates are calculated at checkout.
